Once the windows were back in there was only a week until the caravan was on its way to Canterbury. Taking advantage of it being indoors in the dry we could add the finishing touches to the outside such as screws in the holes intended for the outside handles (they were beyond repair) and rubber trim along the groove of the silver trim. We also wire brushed the tow bar ready for painting. With the remaining days we started on the inside replacing the ply wood above the door and a section of the ceiling we removed to get a tight finish.
