My name is Liberty Florence and I am currently in my third year of university studying Visual Art and Design.
My artwork is inspired by personal experience and based around principles of home, sex and love. My parents are divorced as a result of infidelity and my work explores how it has effected my past, present and future.
I have recently acquired the beautiful caravan above (allegedly previously owned by the legend Alan Ford, Wall of Death). My intention is to restore this "broken home" as a representation of the relationship between home, sex and love. I want the viewer to enter the space feeling warm and homely before they look deeper and realise sex is everywhere. Its a part of home whether it be infidelity, making love or procreating.
